Process automation and AI implementation

We are looking for three companies for a pilot. We select the one process that takes up most of your team's time and launch a working automation prototype within 30 days.

Who it is for: Companies with at least one manual, repetitive process. No IT department or AI experience needed.

- Problem and scope

01Most of the time goes not into the work, but into handling it

41%

of working time goes on repetitive, low-value tasks - the equivalent of two full working days every week.

repetitive tasksother work

Slack Workforce Index, Salesforce 2024, sample of 10,281 desk workers

Four places where this shows up fastest:

Time

A full-time position nobody hired, but the company pays for

Individual tasks look minor, but added up across a team they amount to a full-time position - with no budget and no cost control.

Systems

A person acting as the cable between programs

The CRM, the warehouse system and accounting run independently of each other. An employee moves the data between them by hand.

People

Specialists hired for more demanding work

Qualified employees spend a large share of their time on administrative tasks below their skill level. This lowers the return on employment costs and increases the risk of staff turnover.

Scale

Growth costs as much as it brings in

With manual handling, costs rise in proportion to volume: higher sales mean more recruitment, and new employees only reach full productivity after several months.

The scale of the problem in PLN

An example from our offer: five people each lose one hour a day. At the national average, that is over PLN 80,000 a year. Enter your own figures.

Annual cost of manual handling

PLN 84,502

During the audit, we calculate this using your actual rates

Default rate: PLN 76.82 - the employer's full cost per hour worked (Statistics Poland, “Labour costs in 2024”). 220 days is approx. 251 working days minus annual leave.

- Our principle

02We do not build things that do not make money.

Automation has to pay for itself in real money, not look modern. That is why every conversation about an implementation starts with money, not with technology.

  • We do not guess what your process costs.

We calculate the cost using your actual rates - without that figure, there is nothing to discuss.

  • We do not tackle ten processes at once.

We pick one - the one that eats up most of your team's time.

  • We do not build just to issue an invoice.

If the audit shows no business case, we say so. You keep the recommendations.

  • We do not measure success by gut feeling.

We set numeric success criteria up front and check them after 30 days.

Submit the process that eats up the most time

- Results

03What your company gains

Your team's working time back

The sales team no longer prepares every quote from scratch, and accounting no longer enters invoices by hand. That time adds up to hours every week.

Scaling without more headcount

The same team handles a larger volume of orders. Growth no longer means more recruitment.

Fewer errors and complaints

Every mistake in manually retyped data comes back as a complaint or a correction. Automated data exchange eliminates this error at the source.

Process continuity that does not depend on individuals

Knowledge of the process is documented in the tool, not only in employees' memory. A holiday or the departure of the person who knows it best no longer stops the work.

Faster customer service

Enquiries, service requests and applications no longer wait in a queue for manual handling. Customers notice the shorter response time sooner than your internal reports do.

A fully measurable process

Automation leaves a complete record of the process: the number of cases handled, where things stall, and turnaround times. Decisions are based on data, not on intuition.

Would you like a similar result in your own process?

We start with the one process that takes up most of your team's time today.

Apply for the pilot

- Start without risk

05Pilot

Process diagnosis is a paid service - in this intake, three companies receive it free of charge, including the prototype build.

3places
in this intake

  1. We map the process with the person who knows it and take a baseline measurement before the build starts.

  2. We agree in numbers what should change - time, number of errors, cost. We do not start without this.

  3. We build and test the tool on our side, using real data from your process.

  4. The same indicators as before the start, measured again. The result is unambiguous and transparent.

- After the pilot

06Working together after the pilot

After the free pilot, you can move on to further, commercial cooperation. We launch it only after a joint decision, and its scope is tailored to your needs.

Ownership: whatever is created during the pilot belongs to your company - you can use it freely, regardless of any decision about further cooperation.

- Why now

07Why it is worth starting now

Two arguments speak for starting in this intake:

The window of advantage is still open

Most Polish companies have not started yet. A process you streamline this year builds your advantage before automation becomes the standard.

The intake closes after three companies

The free diagnosis applies only to this intake. Once it closes, the diagnosis returns to standard, paid pricing.

- Market context

In Poland, AI is an advantage, not the standard

Fewer than 9% of companies in Poland use AI. Organisations that automate their processes now will operate more cheaply and faster for years to come than competitors doing the same tasks by hand.

09Questions and answers

No confidential data will be made public. We deploy systems on servers provided by you. For automations that require AI integration, we recommend cloud models - ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude - in business versions that do not train on customer data. Where the data is processed (e.g. in the EU) is agreed with you before the start.

In this intake, the process diagnosis and the prototype are free of charge for the first three companies. Further, commercial cooperation begins only after a joint decision - once the measurement after 30 days shows what the automation actually delivers. Its scope is tailored to your needs.

Any repetitive process that is handled manually today - e.g. preparing quotes, entering invoices, moving data between systems or handling requests. Your industry does not matter, and no IT department or prior experience with AI is required.

Connecting systems that currently run independently is one of the main goals of automation: data no longer has to be retyped by hand. Which systems we connect to, and how, is checked during the audit - before we build anything.

The goal is to give time back to specialists who currently perform administrative tasks below their skill level. A person stays in the process from day one - cases the tool is not sure about go to an employee.
